Environmental Club

The Env. Club has been busy already this year.  We have worked two days on the LHS Flyer Forest Trail, which is now almost finished and ready for Biology classes.  GREAT JOB AND THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO HELPED ON THE TRAIL!!!

We also drove a float in the Homecoming Parade.  We had a wondeful time-- Of course, the big hit was the travelling snakes caravan.  It was just super to see the club students reaching out to citizens- LITERALLY-
to offer them a close-up of a real snake.
We had walking water bottles and tropical trees.  Candy throwing was also fun for all-- I ate my share!!!!

Club officers will be taking over meetings.  Students are encouraged to help with one of the acitivites at each club meeting.
