Students will begin second semester with a brief tour of the microscopic world of Viruses and Bacteria!
This topic is very relevant to our lives and we will discover differences between the two groups and how they make us ill inside our bodies. A bacteria lab will have students collecting samples to incubate for bacterial growth.
Students will also do their only research paper this month on this topic. Each student will choose any illness or disease that they wish to investigate. A page outlining the paper will be given out in class.
